Dalewood Agistment is 90 acres in total and is situated in beautiful Macclesfield, 7kms from the heart of Emerald in the Dandenong Ranges. Macclesfield is a quiet suburb with a large horse population. From Dalewood’s front gate it is only a 300m ride to Macclesfield Pony Club, which has a large riding arena free to use every day (exc. club days). There are many off-road horse trails in the area, these also start right at the front gate.
We live and work on the property, therefore 24 hour supervision is supplied. There are several well known riding trainers only a short ride away. There are four very reliable vets within a 20kms radius. One vet is immediately adjacent from the property. We cater for short term or long term agistment, and offer personalized care for all horses from riding horses to retirees.
Most of our current agistee's have been with us for five years or more.
