7 Undercover Tie Up Bays | Stockyard that splits into 3 areas | 2 x Sick Paddocks.
20 meter Round Yard with a sand surface and 4 Rail Hardwood Fencing Surrounding. This is available for ground work as there is no riding on the property. Macclesfield Pony Club is right next door with a large sand arena, free for anyone to use, except on their 2 Rally Days per month.
2 x Sick Paddocks free to use in case of sickness or injury. Both around 1/4 Acre each with a good grass coverage. These are adjacent to the house for close supervision.
Undercover there are 7 Tie Up bays and 2 yards for use while feeding/handling of your horse. Also 2 x yards in the sunshine for those nice spring days. The stockyard splits into 3 areas and this is used for horses that need to be immobilised or unable to be on pasture.
Wash Bay with concrete flooring - tie up post and wooden railing and rubber matting.
There is a toilet and shower for use right next to the Tie Up Area.
